  • Vinyasa Yoga- Vinyasa yoga is a stretch, strength, and balance flow class. This form of yoga involves fluid sequences challenging mind, body, and spirit. Through asana (pose) and pranayama (breath) practice, vinyasa yoga is known to be of the more vigorous forms of yoga. Although vinyasa flow sequencing may be more intensive, this form of yoga is more than accessible to beginner through advanced students.
     

  • Hatha Yoga- Hatha Yoga is known to be a challenging sequence of asanas offered to beginner through advance students. Without fluid movements from pose to pose, Hatha practice often involves holding active stretches for lengthy periods of time whilst using the breathe for relaxation and release of tension.
     

  • Restorative Yoga- Restorative yoga is known to be highly detoxifying and relaxing. This form of yoga focuses on mind control, pranayama, and asana whilst holding poses that requires no neuromuscular engagement for lengthy periods of time, known as passive stretching. This form of practice is found to provide firm cardiovascular, psychological, and physiological benefits.
     

  • Yoga Dance- Yoga Dance is a relatively new innovative stream of upbeat vinyasa-boogie yoga. For the more advanced student, yoga dance will challenge cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
     

  • Pilates Mat- Pilates focuses on concentration, control, centering, breathing, fluidity, and precision. Pilates carries endless benefits from strength, flexibility, endurance, injury prevention, weight loss, and more. Through core-based practice, Pilates is accessible to beginner through advanced students.
     

  • Yogalate Flow- Yogalates as it sounds is combination of vinyasa flow and Pilates practice. This is an upbeat and core focused class that is accessible to beginner through advanced students.
     

  • Yogini Dance- Choreographed infusion of yoga, Pilates, and dance!
